Scale Your AI Advantage. Together.

AI isn’t a solo sport. Individual experimentation drives efficiency, but moving from pilot to scale requires a team with a shared language, a common framework, and a unified vision.

That’s where most organizations are stuck.

In our 2026 State of AI for Business Report, 53% of professionals said they’re integrating AI into their own work, but only 25% said their organization has reached the scaling stage.

MAICON is built to close that gap. When you bring your team to Cleveland, you’re not just attending a conference. You’re building the blueprint for your AI-native future, together.

Why Top-Performing Teams Choose MAICON

1. The "Divide and Conquer" Strategy

With five concurrent sessions, your team can cover more ground than any one person could. Send your practitioners and technical leads to the Applied AI Track to master use cases and pilot projects, while your leaders and operations team dig into the Strategic AI Track on strategy, talent, legal and IP, and responsible AI.

2. Built-In Alignment

Each day, your team returns for main-stage keynotes. Hearing the same ideas at the same time gives everyone a shared starting point, so your AI strategy has a foundation your whole team can rally behind.

3. Dedicated Team Strategy Hubs

Exclusive for teams of 6+: When six or more people from your organization add the same Tuesday Workshop, we’ll reserve a private table with dedicated power for your group. Use it as your home base to stay charged, debrief in real time, and turn workshop exercises into action items for your company.

Group Rates & Incentives

Tiered pricing and customized support makes it easy to bring the whole department.

  • Groups of 4–9: Receive an automatic 10% discount when you register your group in a single transaction. Is one transaction not possible? Reach out and we’ll make it work for you.
