MAICON is a professional industry event focused on helping marketing and business leaders understand how to successfully adopt, operationalize, and scale AI across their organizations.

The event venue, hotel partners, and surrounding conference environment are selected to support a safe, professional, and accessible attendee experience for domestic and international guests alike.

Our team works closely with venue and hospitality partners throughout the planning process to support attendee logistics and on-site coordination.

We understand that some attendees and organizations are carefully evaluating international travel plans at this time.

Whether those considerations involve company travel policies, budget, border requirements, personal safety, or broader personal considerations, we respect that different attendees may arrive at different decisions.

Our priority is to support attendees with transparency, professionalism, and clear communication throughout the planning process.

Additional Ways to Engage

For members of the global MAICON community who may not travel this year, we plan to share select post-event insights, content, and resources whenever possible.

Our SmarterX Slack community has a dedicated #MAICON channel where attendees frequently share travel advice, local recommendations, and event-planning insights with fellow participants. From multi-year alumni to first-time attendees, the community is a valuable way to connect with peers, ask practical questions, and get a better sense of the MAICON experience before arriving on-site.

Attendees and community members can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive future event announcements.

MAICON 2026 main-stage and featured breakout-session recordings will be available for purchase in mid-September.

Need Help Securing Internal Travel Approval?

We can provide supporting materials for attendees seeking internal approval for conference attendance, including:

• Registration confirmation (upon registration completion)
  
• Visa invitation letters for registered attendees (Visa invitation letters are sent each Monday to attendees whose registrations were completed and paid in full by the end of the previous week.)
