Cost-prohibitive nature and prejudices against the effectiveness of AI technology are some of the key problems restricting adoption. However, more and more businesses are coming on board with the idea of AI with trends suggesting investments specifically in conversational AI to reach $15.7 billion by 2024.
What do you see as the future potential of AI in marketing?
With consumers being spoiled with variety of choices and continuous influx of new players across industries, businesses are now vying for customer attention making marketing the key driver of profitability and sales, and AI has a big role to play here. By leveraging AI, companies can develop a granular understanding of the audiences and drive their marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
