What makes your AI-powered solution smarter than traditional approaches and products?
With a more efficient approach to translations, marketers can spend less time, money, and effort when reaching their global audiences. We integrate with your favorite CMS platforms and marketing tools to make this process easy and effortless. You work so hard on your campaigns. Are there any minimum requirements for marketers to get value out of your AI-powered technology? (e.g. data, list size, etc.)
We work with you on how many languages and how much content you want translated. We do not have a strict minimum requirement.
Who are your ideal customers in terms of company size and industries?
Our customers have one major thing in common: they are all global organizations. We do not have an ideal customer size or industry. We work with companies like Canva, ASICS, Intel, Juniper Networks, and WalkMe.
What do you see as the limitations of AI as it exists today?
We understand that machine translations (AI-only translations) don't always hit the mark. To test this, copy and paste a paragraph from Wikipedia into Google Translate. As one could imagine, the results are never perfect.
Translation quality becomes even more important when you consider the nuisances of branding. We have created an AI-based approach that is the secret to superhuman translators. The outcome of this symbiotic relationship? Better quality translations, at a cheaper rate for marketers worldwide.
What do you see as the future potential of AI in marketing?

Any other thoughts on AI in marketing, or advice for marketers who are just getting started with AI?
Great marketing is often a result of careful planning, coupled with creative problem solving. When you hit a snag in the road, do not be afraid to consider AI vendors as part of your list of solutions. Evaluate many, vet thoroughly, and choose the vendor that will be the best partner.
